My exwife threw the book at me, I was looking at only being able to see my kids on the weekends and when it was convenient for her. Ms. Snyder, tells it how it is. She doesn’t make promises she can’t keep, she doesn’t get your hopes up with unrealistic things a judge would not or could not ever order. It is very hard to find anyone with common sense. The one star person is a dope Attorney Snyder is clearly the best family law attorney in Fort Myers.. based on experience as a profession in the field myself.. clearly above the rest
I would not recommend her. She gave me some bad advice that ended up backfiring on me, not her. I also gave Melissa some info regarding my IRA that she did not pass on to Meshelle which hurt me. My husband sold a boat that was in both of our names ( we were not supposed to sell joint property until approved) during the divorce. She did not even request my portion of the payment on the boat. I’ve utilized Meshelle Snyders firm on a couple of occasions for divorce. Both times her firm handled thing’s thoroughly, efficiently and pleasantly. Wouldn’t hesitate to utilize them in the future.
