This doctor literally lied on me in my medical records she wrote in my records that I Videotaped our visit I don't understand why she lied I wasn't benefiting anything from our visit she removed a lesion from scalp in my head I told her it healed she couldn't see it because I had my hair weaved I was showing her some finding of things on my phone and then I ask for refills on face cream she said no I ask about 3 times for the refill she start looking at me with this weird look and I left.
