Unprofessional service at it's best. All we needed were the keys to our new home and no one seemed to be able to tell us when we could actually collect them. Your company made what should have been an exciting and happy day into a one fraught with worries as well as the need to pay additional time for removalists who had to wait around for 3 extra hours while your "property manager" did who knows what. Dealing with Leah Jay Newcastle, especially Ebony & her team, has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. They were quick to get us into a property, but from that point on it was downhill. Maintenance requests went nowhere, everything was “put to the owner” and then forgotten about unless I chased multiple times. The house itself was a disaster: half-finished renovations, paper-thin insulation, constant mould spreading through every room, and a ducted aircon that pumped out dust and filth over the whole place... read more
