Terrible Customer Service
We have been renting with Leah Jay since our move to Newcastle in January 2025. I have always found them to be prompt with repairs and maintenance; and communicative. It’s fantastic to rent with an agency who you feel you can trust!
This was the smoothest moving process I've ever done. Claire and the other staff were amazingly helpful. Even when I asked silly questions they were happy to respond. Highly recommend!
