⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service from Lara Thompson at Leah Jay Lara was absolutely fantastic to deal with from start to finish. She went above and beyond to help me secure a great place and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear and prompt, and she genuinely cared about finding the right fit. It’s rare to come across a property manager who’s this proactive and supportive. I couldn’t recommend Lara and the Leah Jay team highly enough!

So far our experience with Leah Jay and our manager Shauna has been nothing but fantastic. A few small changes have been accommodated and whilst the search for a property in Newcastle resulted in negative experiences with other agencies, the ONLY agency that has given us any form of respect has been Leah Jay. I come from a real estate sales background so I know what is to be expected. Nothing has been too difficult for Shauna and I thank her so much. Fingers crossed we have a long and fruitful relationship with the team.
I must be doing something wrong because I have been ringing my property manager Abbie for 3 weeks now and at 3.43pm today Abbie still has not contacted me. I will not use Leah Jay Belmont Real Estate again unless of course this is a normal thing for Real Estate Managers not to return phone calls and it's my bad luck.
My property has been with Leah Jay for over 2 decades. I currently have Lara as my Property Manager. I'm very happy with her ongoing service and time that she puts into managing my property. Thanks Lara for all that you do. I appreciate your management of the property very much.
