Dr Leah Forney and her Nurse Practitioner are simply the best, with their kindness, professionalism and expertise & Will always be our primary health care.
Facility was clean and the staff are very friendly. Came in for an initial evaluation and had documentation I needed filed out for work. I seen Dr. Leah Forney and she really cared and listened to my prior diagnosis issues and gave me insightful information that I wasn’t given at my last primary physician. She knew what health issues I had before we even started the appointment and filed out the document I brought in that same day. Dr. Forney was very polite and respectful to my mother (the patient). She listened to her concerns and took her time to get to know my mother’s health history, current medical questions, and health goals! We highly recommend her.
