Arrived at 4:20 pm. Waited 30 minutes only to be told they couldn't see me as I arrived too late. I told them I was sick and needed help. They just threw me out with no help or guidance. They could not care less these clowns are pathetic and should not be allowed to practice whatever they call this scam they are perpetrating. There was a man ahead of me with a child clearly having an allergic reaction and in need of an EpiPen, they threw him and the child out as well. My first visit, I was impressed with the office staff, I literally just went into the exam room, and they already had all my information uploaded to the patient portal! At my old doctor's office, that would have taken at least 2 weeks. The Dr. was very nice and really listened to my history and took notes, I really liked his approach to gathering all the information and then getting a game plan together.
