Leah was incredible to work with. You'd be hard pressed to find another agent who knows the ins and outs of the South Minneapolis market as well as her. She was able to counsel us through all the stages of buying a new home while also selling our Kingfield home during an especially slow time of year. Leah was the seller for the home we purchased, although all went quickly with the transaction, too quickly. We discovered after we received the proposed tax change that she had 800 square feet of the basement listed as finished in MLS even though all the walls were concrete block, no insulation, no wall coverings on outer walls and one heat source for the entire basement area she considered finished, also there was a bathroom she included in finished square footage with no heat source, door must remain open to ensure pipes d... read more
