Amazing! The staff are super friendly and very caring. Dr. Byles quickly fixed an issue that I’ve been trying to get fixed for over a year at another dentist. They were also very understanding of my husbands “dentist anxiety” and took special care of him.lol I am SO glad I decided to make the switch to Dr. Byles.
Dr. Byles is wonderful. She is very efficient and good at what she does. I also appreciate the fact her office did not treat me like a $$.
My insurance recently changed, which caused me to find another dentist in network. I prayed Lord help me find a good one. And boy did he ever. I was in the process of a root canal with old dentist. Made a cleaning appointment with Dr Byles office. I had 2 issues going on, and while I was there for one issue, Dr Byles also worked on another issue. Just move here I went to the dentist for a cleaning ! I had NO cavities or anything wrong with my teeth. While I was getting the cleaning they chipped one of my fillings so they had to fix it . I Made a new appointment they fixed it before I left I was told I owned only $65 but I am fully disabled and have full medical coverage both in network and out of network . I told them to bill the insurance company. They turned around and sent me an almost $500 bill for a issue they caused I will be seeking legal advice from this poin... read more
Dr Byles and her team are amazing! Our 3 year old absolutely LOVES going to see Lizzy for his check ups. They go above and beyond to make us feel right at home there. I highly recommend them!
