If you know the history of this organization, you will know the stringent processes taken as it takes a position on an issue....,many have little knowledge about the LWV. Having participated in their national and state conventions, I saw how they reach a position. I have been watching the website to get involved. But I really don’t see many women issues that are bipartisan. I will keep looking for somewhere that will express women’s concerns, such as the me too movement, and protecting women’s rights, so that transgender men aren’t taking over our sports.

actually, be bi-partisan like they say the are. So far left, they pretend and even have Republican speakers, but then they tell them what they can and can not talk about. experience this with a state representative sitting right next to me.
They are so liberal and pretend they are bi partisan. They are phonies and could care less about our country welfare! All they want is their phony agenda. I feel they should be honest and to REALLY be bi partisan!
Disappointed in the LWV and how partisan they are. The League states it is "nonpartisan"; it neither supports nor opposes CANDIDATES for office. At the same time, LWV is VERY Partisan on POLICY. Was hoping to join and learn, but they only want to indoctrinate me to THEIR way of thinking. They NEVER present BOTH sides of a policy. Again. Disappointing. They are NOT for all Women - only the ones that think like them.
