I've tried to become a new patient here, I have sent my referral and they don't answer or response to my calls. This clinic if not professional, it's been a month and still no appointments. Don't waste your time.

Muratta was misleading about his care. 1st injection no help. 2nd injection no help. 3rd injection caused me lots of pain. Then he wanted to do another injection I said no he then discharged me. because I didn't want another injection. He acts like he cares but he wants insurance money. He get paid for the injections even if you don't need them. You'll sit for HRS past your appointment time. One appointment I was there 5hrs before my second injection. Staff is very friendly.

This place is the WORST. They took my insurance info over 5 weeks ago and refuse to call me for an appointment. They won't answer the phones or respond to emails. How is this even possible? Don't waste your time trying to deal with this clinic. Really disappointed. Bad customer service. If you are not taking new patients, than say so and stop making people wait who need help. Very bad service, actually, no service at all.
