Slow and very confusing application process. The application will not work on smart device or cell phone???? Most patients would use their cell phone. They can't keep doctors, so you'll never get to the telemedicine part they advertise. I don't know why they can't but I'm currently going through this for the 3rd time. Where I have to go to another event to start over. They also don't tell you the original doctor isn't involved anymore but will take your money for a virtual appt that'll never happen. Very expensive for the license after your fees and the doctor, and the state,,,but will deal with them...probably want renewed again through your company...
