I had an appointment set up and unfortunately when I went to go into the room shame on me I was late there was an offer for me to make a new appointment or there was an option to see a physician now I took see a physician now within a half hour I was recertified very easy and painless

Only good thing I was approved fast. Bad thing I never got a card so they got me for 75 dollars. At the time they were doing a promotion. I still do this day Don't hear from them or gotten card after 5 month. I changed my rating to one star from 5 cause once they got your money getting you card is like pulling teeth. I might have to escalate this prob. I want my money back or my card. Kinda shady after they got your money. Watch out Update,....
