our salesman Matt sold us a bill of goods. told us a bunch of non truths. what he said about installation was not the same as production and general managers said. crew was not professional at all. first rain had more water coming out of vented soffits than downspout. called and production manager said could have someone here in 2 days. i told him i had doctors appointments and he said he could do it next afternoon. no one showed up. called him and he said no it was 2 days away, i reminded him about our conversation. sent so... read more
