After a really horrible experience with the Albany branch of Leaf guard, which I would rate with 0 stars, my attorney contacted Leaf Guard. The following day a really wonderful man named Kenny from the Manchester, Connecticut branch of Leaf Guard came to my home. He was very kind, very knowledgeable, and extremely competent and my problem was immediately taken care of. The man who came with him, Besart, was equally very nice. Leafguard gutter system: Installers Silas Galiette and Rafael Alcaraz were excellent. They replaced my LeafFilter gutters which were installed 6 years earlier. LeafFilter marketing tag line of never getting on a ladder again to clean out is totally BS. The key word is “OUT”, leafs just pile up on the gutters so need to climb a ladder to clean “OFF” your gutters. Don’t waste $1000’s on them unless you like to climb ladders.
