Dan was very personable and thorough. Very big decision for us financially. But Dan covered all details from installation, warranty and cost. We are comfortable in saying that through the whole presentation we felt information was true, we pray that leafguard gutter protecton up holds their product and we made a made a good decision. Fast install. After the fact and not revealed cut a hole in my deck then discovered they could not use that location, but oddly failed to mention this - discovered this a few weeks later so I just sucked it up as a shame on me. The team was great during sale and same day follow up call to see if we were happy after install. I should have pumped the brakes on my response. Since our end of month April install have had to call twice for issues. First service, guy...had a lot to say about the installers and a job done right. Sec... read more
10/10 would hang with Matthew while signing documents again
Matthew was very knowledgeable and personable. Gave a great presentation and tried hard to bring the price to where we could seal the deal. Bottom line is we need to save more money.
