Lindsey was great, we never had so much fun at a sales pitch in our lives. She explained everything very clearly, with a bunch of laughs thrown in, and worked hard to get us a good deal. Wish we could work with her for other home improvements!
I called to set up an appointment after receiving a flyer in the mail. Grant H came out to give me more information about the LeafGuard gutters. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was satisfied that the product was superior to what I have seen elsewhere. I like the idea of low maintenance that is claimed by the company. We purchased the Leafguard gutters, and they look good. It has not rained yet, so we will have to see how they work We were overcharged $562. When we contacted them, they said they would send us $402 because of discounts. That was over 2 weeks ago. have called multiple times and left messages. NO return call, no refund received. It has been another 2 weeks and still we have NOT received the refund check we were told was mailed.
