Salesman was very cordial & knowledgeable about the product. Presented us with all the information needed for us to make a decision. No high pressure, and very helpful. We ended up purchasing the new gutters. Installation went smoothly. Workmen were very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions about the install. Did a very good job. I was helped by Matt Greble. Made the process seamless. No more clearing out my gutters. Had a ladder accident a few months back, needless to say but I'm not a fan of climbing them anymore.
We originally wanted Leafguard, but resigned ourselves to what was installed through the roofers and insurance. We’ve had issues and Matthew came out to show us what Leafguard could do. After comparisons we could see the superiority of product to what we had and he helped us feel confident this would exceed our expectations for our house. Very excited to see it installed!
Great customer service. On time and professional. We love that we no longer have to get on a ladder and clean the gutters. I wanted to make sure Lane Bates knows how grateful we are to his expertise and answering all our questions. I have recommended and will continue to everyone I know.
