The product is fine with one concern. Because the gutter does not collect the flaking from an asphalt shingled roof, the flaking land on patios, decks and sidewalks. The salesperson reminded me of a bad used car salesman with questions like,”how much do you think this project should cost? And what is your budget?” That is why you are here to give me a quote a guessing game. My negative commment is reserved for the incomplete and dangerous cleanup. Steve showed up right when he said he would and was incredibly thorough walking me through details and options. He has a deep understanding of the product, and could explain each piece and why it was important to the whole.
Matthew Greble is such a nice guy and he makes me understand the use of gutters. He explained everything clearly and it was really understandable. I am really proud that leafguard is doing my gutter installation.
Tanner went out of his way to drive to our middle of nowhere town when we enquired about leafguard. He took measurements, gave us a full demonstration, had samples we could look at, was incredibly knowledgeable about not just their system, but how it compares to others (he even had other products with him so we could see the difference).
