It's a luxury product, and you're still going to overpay. Exactly the sales tactics you would expect. That's all fine, if this is the product you want. If anything goes wrong though, good luck! The installers only did about 60% of the agreed-upon work, then it took me calling them 9 times before anyone would call me back (no one answers the direct office phone, and it bounces you to the call center).
