DJ was our sales rep and he was a total professional. He spent a few hours with us explaining everything. Even made calls to other home owners who have their LrafGuard product. He also showed us videos and all the pieces of the materials they use. Install is tomorrow.
The installation of LeafGuard has just been completed. They look great and because of the excellent job Michael did in educating us at the time of sale, we know they are top of the line! They were surprisingly affordable and we know we have the LeafGuard guarantee. Best decision we've made!
After at least 15+ years following installation of my gutters, I called Leaf Guard to resolve a minor issue. An appointment was made for the following week, which involved the service technician driving a distance of approximately 100 miles from the company to my home! The service technician (Curtis, who is very competent) arrived as scheduled and resolved the issue promptly and thoroughly.
