From the initial call through installation everything was well explained and every attention to detail was appreciated. Charles. Zack and Jake were a pleasure. I now have a very nice addition to the exterior of my home.
Had a good chat with our sales rep,Adam. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Worked with us on getting financed and making things affordable. Also had experiences with my dad's house and out buildings being serviced by leafguard company. So we were familiar the company from previous experience!
Great customer service, easy scheduling, very professional install and follow up.
90% solid service. The last 10% is where they struggled. Still having issues, haven’t heard from anyone in a while to make sure we are satisfied…..
