Sales person was knowledgeable but after it is installed you will forgotten about. Tried calling sales person back 3 times and left a message cause there is a problem with my gutter. Luckily the subcontractor gave me his card and he answered his phone. So much for their satisfaction garrentee.
High pressure sales tactics. I would never in my life do business with this company. I told the guy who came to look at the job that I was just looking for a quote and that I was shopping around. He would not take no for a answer no matter how many times I told him I just wanted a quote. 30 min sales pitch on a product I didn't want. I had to kick him off my deck after telling him no multiple times. Not at all professional.
Absolutely HORRIBLE company, their prices are so obscene and their tactics to scam senior citizens is beyond criminal, PLS BEWARE
Technician resolved the problem efficiently and took an additional step to ensure it did not recur. Entire on site time was only 15 minutes.
