Customer service was excellent from sales person, to warranty service person.
I wish I could comment on the product install but didn't get that far in the transaction. It's too bad as I did want the product installed. Here's what to expect. After contacting an American call center a nice but high pressure salesperson will show up. They bring a bag of competitor products to show you how better their product is. Fair enough. SCAM WARNING. This business will send salesmen to your house to promise you the world over, so long as you pay their premium price. And then cut so many corners in doing the job that they screw up every part of it. The LeafFilter salesman told me I didn't need new gutters yet, but I could buy one of their "ESR" packages to extend their life for up to another 10 years.
