They did a terrible job on installing the downspouts. On the house they were installed a foot or so above ground level so that the water runs downhill and away from the foundation. On the garage they put them all the way to the ground so on one the water has to run uphill to discharge and on the other it is level so you do not get much force to push the water away from the foundation. My Leaf Filter system was installed over a month ago with some workmanship issues that needed fixed, payment was demanded so I payed the salesman going by his promise that the issues would be fixed in the next few days. This did not happen, I called and was promised someone be right out, didn't happen, called again the install foreman called and promised to be out the next Monday or Tue. at the latest, that was 2 weeks ago and no call or text letting me know what's going on.
