Your representative did an excellent job of assessing our needs and ensuring that what we bought would be suitable for our home both in the present and for many years to come.
Absolutely horrible service. Met with someone at our home who was fantastic then it was time for service. Originally scheduled on a Friday, didn't hear from them so we called, sorry scheduling error your set for tomorrow between 12&4. Things happen no problem. Call at 12 on Saturday because we still haven't heard from them and no your scheduled for Monday with NO NOTICE OR COMMUNICATION. Contract has now been terminated bc this is not how you do business. At the minimum talk to people!
Initial install was great with contractor being very thorough and friendly. Afterwards I noticed that the gutter installed with the extension was just not conducive to a safe backyard so I called them to repair which they were very receptive about. I was able to quickly schedule the repair. Unfortunately, it was a no call/no show on the repair.
