Beware of this company. Duped my parents and have since gone silent despite ongoing issues. Dave Horn came to their home in July and supposedly inspected everything and confirmed they were good to move forward. The following week, one person from a sub-contractor showed up (despite Leaf Filter claiming they have their own internal staff), and this one person was unable to install the gutter on their own. Salesperson was not pushy; professional but down to earth. Also very knowledgeable about product.
Leaf Filter representative was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable of the product, and helpful on scheduling the installation. I liked the idea of no leaf removal since the filter will keep leaves out and only water flowing thru!
Phyllis was a very good sales person. We were only to be inquiring about the product and ended up the NEXT day completely installed, paid and done—upgrading the house very nicely in appearance and function! Phyllis showed the product and truly seemed to try to work with us. Once we mutually agreed she was able to schedule a convenient opening, the team came in and finished within a few afternoon hours. We are very satisfied with very professional work and quality product.
This is an ok product I definitely don’t want to clean gutters myself….ever!!!! So the product is beneficial. The installer Jr was polite, professional and fast. The problem is I had to call on the scheduled day of install. The contract stated the install was supposed to happen 8-12, 11AM no one called me. I called around 11:30 and requested an ETA. Someone had to call me back for a 1:30 install. The admin seemed unorganized and I know I overpaid. Get at least 2-3 estimates. Again the installer was very good.
