I had asked your customer service representative to send another copy of my contract since I had misplaced the original. She immediately E-mailed a copy. I also asked if she could check on the company's ability to do a small non warranty work on my gutter on the attached garage. She took my information and said she would have someone get back to me. They don’t do everything they state in the write up The person who came out stated that they would send someone out after we had mentioned that we had a few damaged downspouts and that never happened. Be weary and don’t expect much from them, next time I might as well do it myself.

I would not recommend-once they start the job there is no communication and they come and go as they please-a one to 2 day job took 4 days and no one was available to speak with us. Then full payment was DEMANDED in a nasty tone and we were told if we didn't pay at that moment they would take the litters and gutters down. That's not how you do business

I was very pleased with the installer. He was courteous and professional. He cleaned up after himself and left no debris behind. As to the function of your Leaf Filter product I think it's too early to tell, however, I don't see any signs that birds have returned to nesting in my gutters. I am surprised that there was no immediate follow up from Corey the gentleman who sold us the product to ask if we were satisfied or had any any questions about anything.
