The local salesperson, Steve lied to us on several items. He stated that all gutters would be taken down, lined realigned and reattached with clips instead of the existing nails. None of that happened. We called the area manager who stated all of those items are on an "if necessary" basis. Steve also stated that he gave us the best price possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They will tell you they put so much stuff on and they did not. They will lie and say they replaced something (even if you have proof they did not replace that!!!!!). This company preys on the elderly. Our parents were charged over $14k (after discounts of $6k) for installation on a single story 1,000 sq ft house. This is 3 times more than the highest average price listed on their website. Not only did they overcharged them, they also broke a mounted camera and refused to replace it. We have asked repeatedly for documentation for the work done to justify the cost and we’ve gotten nothing from them except excuses for why they can’t provide it. Beware before doing business with them.
