The installer did not introduce himself or inform me of the fact that once the old gutter coverings were removed, that the gutters were not located at the roofline. Screws were found along with metal debris after the installers left. The salesperson, who took photos of the debris in my gutters, also did not inform me of the incorrect gutter placement that would have been obvious upon removing the old gutter guards in order to take photos. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND LEAF FILTER TO ANYONE I clicked a social media link from Leaf Filter which led to a sales call. Leaf Filter didn't address the problem, that I pointed out to the sales rep. Not only that I now have a new gutter - down spout leak. They sent someone out to look at my problem areas last Friday, 1 week later I haven't heard from them. This was a huge and costly mistake.
Awful customer service. The staff should be ashamed of themselves!
The ordering, then install was great. On the next heavy rain, we discovered a leak in the gutter. LeafFilter responded quickly and the service call quickly resolved the problem leak.
Great company. They were very efficient and quick to fix a drip on my gutter.
