Mr. Ramos installed the Leaf Filter system in my gutters today. Thorough job and cleanup.
I spent $13,000 to put new 6" gutters on our home. The replaced 4" gutters had been on my home with no problems for 25+ years but the salesperson sold me on all the reason why I needed the upgrade. The new gutters installed by Leaf Filter (Hanover, MD) began to stain within a 2 year period. When I contacted Leaf Filter, they basically told me that it was not their problem and this known issue was not covered by their warranty although they were fully aware that this problem existed. My wife and I truly enjoyed working with our Leafguard salesman, Hunter. He is quite a professional, excellent salesman and personable person who represented his employer very well. We think that he did a tremendous job in convincing us to purchase new gutters for our home.
Extremely disappointed with the service and complete lack of communication from this company. It has been over two months since we first notified them that our newly installed gutter system is actively leaking—in fact, it leaks even more now than it did before they arrived! Their own technician inspected the property and confirmed the installation was done improperly because the drip edge was omitted.
