Water pours over my roof and water has filled up on my roof. They came out and said the fixed the problem but when it happened again they wanted to charge me 95 dollars to come out to fix something they promised wouldn’t happen. So now I have to get somebody out here to fix this problem.

THEY PUT CAULK OVER OLD CAULKING, THEY DONT CHANGE OUT HANGERS AS THEY SHOULD, THEY MISS SCREWS AND DAMAGE ROOFS WITH THEIR LADDERS. THEN THE PRICE!!!!! ITS A COMPLETE SCAM, $38-$40 PER FOOT. ITS NOT WORTH IT WHEN LEAVES SIT ON THE MESH AND GET STUCK BETWEEN MESH AND FILTERS. IT TAKES 500 YEARS FOR THEM TO RETURN A CALL FOR A SERVICE.
