Bob was very professional and friendly and knowledgeable and he helped me get my senior citizens discount and took his time explaining how the system works and very patient with me as well. Very pleasant gentleman to work with!

We received Leaf Chair so we could have better access to our second story of our house, mainly to be used for storage and an extra guest room. The steps are rather steep and unsafe to be climbing up and down a lot.. Our representative, Mr. O’Tool, was very prompt and was knowledgeable about what we needed to solve this problem.
