LeafFilter came out to my home in June to complete a service. After the install was completed, I signed and submitted the Customer Satisfaction Certificate. I wrote that there was debris and nails left behind. They called in August stating that they can't process the remaining paperwork because I wrote on the certificate and want me to sign a blank one. Scheduled an appointment to get a free estimate. LeafFilter Representative said that he wasn't going to provide an estimate, however, would like to give me a presentation. I get a follow text from Harry Blondell. Harry said he would email me the estimate but never did. I cannot trust a company where their representatives are cheesey salesy and are incompetent. Would NOT recommend using LeafFilter Gutters.
Was able to get an appointment for an estimate on the same day (Monday). Took entirely too long to get the estimate (literally a whole hour and I am very clear that I am not trying to become an expert on gutters). Kept trying to use drones and wanted to show me stuff I really didn’t care about (I have no idea about the pros and cons of gutter thicknesses and brackets vs nails and I never even wanted to know that those differences existed).
