I had contacted Leaf Filter last June (2024) to install gutter guards because I saw their product in one of the trade shows. I was interested in the product and since they were the sole supplier, it was difficult to price comparisons. Their sales rep was pleasant enough to deal with. Gave me an initial quote which I was hesitant about since it was more than double what I was thinking it would be. He did offer a discount, which I took him up on. The first install was done poorly and not as per the contract. The repair from the same installer caused damage to the property. The staff is not on the same page with the information they provide the customer. It is a very confusing and frustrating company to deal with. The photos are from a small section of eavestrough after the repair from the initial botched install. Staff is hard to get a hold of and not very friendly. I don’t recommend this product or this company.
Complete scam! They screwed my dad out of $5400.00 and had the nerve to finance it at 11.6%. I have no idea how this is legal but I will be taking them to small claims court if I can't get this price reduced. Warn EVERYONE about these guys. They prey on the elderly!
I left my contact information to request a free estimate and received four calls and one text message within 24 hours. I was unable to answer the calls as I was working, and I did not receive an opportunity to respond to three voicemails that were left.
