I had LeafFilter come to my home to give me an estimate. Mariah took the time to explain all products that may be available on the market. I was impressed by her knowledge and patience as she explained all the details to me. Thank you Mariah for your time and thoroughness.
This has been a nightmare from start to finish. The salesman took advantage of my elderly husband and lied about the cancellation policy. He also lied about the work that would be done and only put half of it on the work order. So we think they charged us for work that wasn't done. For example, on one downspout they replaced just a section, not the whole thing as was discussed initially. It took four calls to speak to a manager who basically said we were screwed. These people are scammers.
Don't use this company. These are my gutters a few years after install. I need to get the latter out to clean them.
Work was scheduled quickly, completed quickly and very affordable. Sales person Melissa was also great. She came out on a Saturday, was on time and explained the process and created instruction for the techs.
