I wish I could give zero stars. Sales representative Kelly came to my home today to provide an initial estimate, and it turned into one of the most disrespectful sales experiences I have ever had. She repeatedly pressured me to make an immediate decision, despite my clearly stating that I needed time to consider such a significant investment. We just got new eavestroughs. Del Charlebois from Leaf Filter worked with us to get the deal we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I learned a lot about gutters and leaf filters from Del.
The sales representatives where a mazing. They where very thorough explaing the product. The young men did an amazing job installing product.
Del was fantastic. He answered our questions and took great care of us.
Stay away from this company! The product itself would be awesome if they could install properly. This experience has been a complete nightmare and the worat experience I have ever had in renos. I called them 3 times after the initial install to fix gutters that were hilding water and it's still not fixed. The second time they came they made such a mess of the gutter they had to replace the whole section. I have 1/4 of my gutters still hilding water and being told it will evaporate.
