Saw the company/crew at a local restaurant in Quinte West. Treated the whole staff like garbage. If they ever were treated like that they would’ve packed up and left. I would never recommend this company based off of how they acted in a public setting wearing the company name.
I had the pleasure of meeting Brad Pluard from LeafFilter, and I must say his professionalism and approach were truly impressive. Brad is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the product and process in a very clear and convincing manner. His service and presentation were absolutely 10/10. Although I’ve decided to postpone the work for now due to personal timing, I truly appreciated the no-pressure approach and his respectful demeanor. I’ll definitely keep Brad and LeafFilter in mind for the future!
The gentlemen doing the work were very professional, friendly, and helpful and their workmanship is top notch! From beginning to end the service team was super quick to contact me when I looked them up online and the whole process was just easy and stress free. No high pressure sales people - just professionals who knew their stuff.
Very poor quality installation, ice build up that caused leaking in our house and predatory sales tactics especially with retired people .The worst of the worst STAY A WAY from this overpriced leaf gutter system that Does not work well in colder climates and ices over causing ice build up and ice dam damage. Had a sales person come and give me a quote saying they’d repair clean and seal my trough. Quote wasn’t necessarily cheap and when I got home was barely cleaned out was still dented in many of spots as well had plenty of unsealed holes. Getting them to come back to do what I payed decent amount for. The service line is all I can say was really helpful and understanding of my frustration.
