They no showed twice. I was told by the company a manager would call me back to address the issues. No one did. No way I would trust a comany that is this inconsitent from the get go.

The concept behind Leaf Filter seems to be solid. I checked out 2 other gutter protection companies, and was not impressed. So I went with Leaf Filter. The reason for the 1 star rating is because of the totally unacceptable service when I had an issue with the product. Here is why. The first time I called and set up an appointment for a service call, it was a no-come/no-call. So I rescheduled another appointment. Again, no-come-no call. Chris Hamersly came out the day after I called. He inspected our current gutters, took measurements and explained LeafFilter advantages over other systems. By the following Tuesday we had LeafFilter installed. The installers were polite, efficient and cleaned up the yard thoroughly when they finished. I would definitely recommend calling Chris and having him come out!
