If I could give a zero review, I would. They didn't finish the job when they said they would. Then no call no showed the next agreed upon time. Left their tools in my yard. Then showed up when we weren't home and couldn't verify the job was actually done. Still zero communication even when we call. Worst of all is they left nails and screws all over the driveway, luckily we saw before driving over them. The lack of customer service is appalling and I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Great customer service and installer
This was like no other experience we’ve had before. Our agent came by, checked out the situation. He gave us a lengthy history of the company, services, and warrantee. We negotiated the price we agreed on and set the job for the next morning. Two men can the next morning and cleaned, realigned, caulked and added extra hangers where needed. They then assembled the system and cleaned up after done. All on a forty foot complex pitch roof. It was incredible!
We bought led lights from this office , they resell oelo. Dan Anderson never disclosed the financing options were for a credit card instead of a loan and neither did the system we used to sign up nor the emails. Very deceptive sales tactics, the installer used the wrong color connection cable and i have on video discussing the only part he was to use that cable color but he used it the rest of the way, he also didn’t secure it to the house when it ran up to the second floor window section and a sections animation direction i... read more
