I assumed I was going to receive cadillac service for the premium price that I paid for a known name product. First, the salesman was not truthful when explicitly asked about the gutter removal before our roof replacement and management in response chose to not to be accountable. We mentioned to the salesman on the phone that we were going to be replacing our roof within a few years and didn't want to waste his time as we were most likely not going to purchase this in 2023. If you need service they charge a $95 service fee. Even though they are advertising a free quote right now. I have hail damage and need a quote for insurance to replace everything. I already paid them $2900. I can not escalate or talk to a manager no flexibility with the sales people. Tried several times. Very poor customer service policy for existing customers. Plus, I have had for 4 years and you still need to spend time every year unclogging the screens. Not as bad as full gutter clean out but with a high roof. Still have... read more

I called to get a quote so I can compare against others—instead I got a 70s door-to-door salesmen presentation for 2.5 hours. I took time off work that accounted for no more than an hour. The “estimator” (salesman) never took a single measurement of my house. Instead he just walked around for a few minutes and then did some random hand calculations to arrive at a ridiculously inflated cost.
