Update: EVEN WORSE! After reaching out 3 times to resolve this (which is ridiculous), I was contacted by Chuck, the rude employee I spoke with, only for him to double down, constantly interrupt me and not at all apologetic of his behavior. Unashamed, egotistical, and ill-mannered employees. If you don't want to deal with that or the "limited time money offer" pressure tactic, I would HIGHLY suggest doing business with someone else.
