Polite representatives. Appears to be a good product. Some info was left out, which is why I took off a couple stars. I was told if there’s ever any problems, just contact them and they’ll send someone out, for the lifetime of the product. The installer corrected that to, $100 service fee for their response after the first year. Not a huge thing but when you invest a sizable amount of money into a product and service and are later told that there’s an additional fee; it’s something that may have swayed your decision making.
