Installation was horrible mounting brackets for the down spouts were all put on crooked. Screws for the mounting brackets weren’t into anything and pulling out of the siding. Holes in the siding with nothing installed and damage to the siding from leaning a ladder. The ladder they used was missing it’s rubber foot to protect the roof so sharp metal ladder was poking into the shingles. Installation was scheduled and work done. Installer was very professional and neat . Cleaned up ,that you would not notice he was here. Great job
Salesman was fantastic and installers did a great job. Also the warranty behind the product sold me.
I was treated as if i was a friend and not a customer. Carlos explained everything in detail and answered all my questions and concerns. The installers did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I called about the attachments to my downspouts and the person I spoke to said he'd install them right away. To my surprise, he arrived a few hours later and installed them. Throughout the process I felt that I was truly respected, not as a customer, but as a friend. I highly recommend them!!
