Had their system installed on my house in 2020. All was well until this week when the mesh detached and I called for them to repair it. Apparently their warranty is only for 1 year. I was told it would be $95 for the service call to come out and fix it. So much for lifetime protection. Great system for 5 1/2 years but not much customer service when it mattered. UPDATE 3/12/2026: Still no follow up from LeafFilter to remedy the screen or poor service other than the generic reply below. *Buyer Beware*
I HAD MY GUTTERS DONE BY LEAF FILTERS OF MILFORD CT. THE PERSON WHO GAVE ME THE QUOTE WAS DONOVAN I SPENT 2 HRS WITH HIM AND GOT A QUOTE AND A GOOD EDUCATION FROM HIM ! Xavier was a great guy who explained the whole process to me. He was knowledgeable and friendly and had the job done within 2 days. Very satisfied with the product I have noticed a huge difference when we have heavy rain. Highly recommended
John P. From Leaf Filter was absolutely fantastic. The install was quick and the gutter guards have been working great. John also came back to my house, a month after the installation and did a quality inspection, to make sure everything was working well. Not many people or companies do that. I was impressed.
