Got my gutters install August 30th Job was in-complete have been going in circles to get to an resolution I have been patient enough to go dump the opportunity to resolve the issue The Schedule a false appointment to have the job completed. Area manager Mike Thompson Is a liar. Never even scheduled to have them come out to complete the job. This has been three week dealing with this issue I’ve been rough to get a refund which is on my right from 90 from installation date !!
I watch Fox News and see their ads all the time, I am elderly and and the fear tactics convinced me to get a quote for my house in the midwest. My gutters are in good shape no issues my roof was replaced 5 years ago and they repaired and re-leveled all the gutters. BEGGING EVERYONE TO STOP SUPPORTING THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE ABSURD OVER-ADVERTISING THEY DISPLAY ON TV, IT IS RIDICULOUSLY OBNOXIOUS.
really poor service. we have had a recurring issue for a year now with no resolution. they keep sending people out but no resolution. we ask for management to help, they promise they will send someone higher up, and then they don't
