We are writing this review as a warning to folks considering Leaf Filter - it truly isn’t worth the high price. We payed $6,125 dollars (via an installment loan) for Leaf Filter covers to our existing gutters (1,939 sq ft home). We were ASSURED that neither we, nor someone we paid would EVER need to go up a ladder to clean the gutters. The salesman was clear about the gutters having a lifetime transferable guarantee. I wish I could give them a 0, especially the Greenville branch. They lie to you when they sell you the system, then tell you it doesn't matter what they said, they go by the contract. The lifetime warranty is good for one year then they charge you for any service calls (including recurring problems found within the first year)! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. They scam seniors - "you'll never have to get on a ladder or worry about the gutters again". Very fast service. Knowledgeable installation. Courteous when asking questions. Cleaned up all the waste.& took my old gutters. Couldn’t be happier with the product & service.
I called to get an estimate for gutter cleaning services. The representative that returned my call said I needed my husband with me during the quote appointment. After I shared that I’m more than capable to make decisions without my husband present. We also work varying schedules. The representative still would not book the appointment unless my husband was present for a QUOTE appointment. I have never heard of such a wild concept. Needless to say, we will not be using LeafFilter.
I set up an appointment with Lisa for someone to come out to give me an estimate to clean my gutters on Monday, June 9th 2025. Although I do not remember the guy name that showed up, he told me he was going to look at the gutters and get me my estimate. His time here was so short that I didn't even know he had left and I still haven't received an estimate or heard back from him.
