Most of our leaf filter system is working well, but I’ve had one persistent issue at the front of the house where water has been overflowing. In hindsight, I should’ve reached out after the first heavy rain following installation, as the problem started then and only got worse over time. When someone came out to take a look, I was told there was adhesive on the screen preventing the water from filtering through properly. Had the gutter protection installed on February 25, 2025 and on the first solid rain after installation, March 31, 2025 it was obvious that the downspouts were not properly cleared out as can be shown in a video unable to upload. Recommend checking workmanship before signing off on project plus it seems you have to register or something for the warranty to go into effect. Wonder about a product you need to take extra steps in to get coverage especially on a house with the receipt and contract in hand.
They responded promptly and took care of the issue.
