The sales representative was very personable and the crew that came to install our gutters was very friendly and did an excellent job!
Quick And quality install
The regional and trainee reps that came to our house were phenomenal! They were professional, friendly, and truly convincing with being pushing. Now, the installer, on the other hand, wasn't friendly at all. He had no personality, but he got the job done so i guys that's all that matters. Had he been friendly, I would've given y'all a 10. Thanks.
Most of our leaf filter system is working well, but I’ve had one persistent issue at the front of the house where water has been overflowing. In hindsight, I should’ve reached out after the first heavy rain following installation, as the problem started then and only got worse over time. When someone came out to take a look, I was told there was adhesive on the screen preventing the water from filtering through properly. My concern is that this seems like an installation oversight, yet I was charged $95 to have it corrected.... read more
