The system doesn’t work as it is supposed to. Have rainwater overflowing on my front porch and I’m afraid I’m eventually going to have water damage. when I first purchased the system, I was told it was 100% guarantee for as long as I own my house. Website states they offer gutter cleaning services. I spoke with a rep to schedule the service, stated clearly that I just needed my gutters cleaned. When I put in the request for an estimate for my gutters to be cleaned I even put in the comments it was for a gutter cleaning ONLY. At the end of the call with the rep after scheduling the appointment for an estimate for gutter cleaning the rep stated a sales rep will be reaching out to go over the estimates and other things for the filters.
