Beyond horrible. Installed incorrectly and with shoddy material (told to us by them) and have been avoiding us since March. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and exploring legal options. Oh and I have called their "customer support" resources NINETEEN times without any progress. I even went to the local Athens office....it is an abandoned warehouse......
The salesman was thorough and personalble. The install was efficient. Quality craftsman with the product install.
The system doesn’t work as it is supposed to. Have rainwater overflowing on my front porch and I’m afraid I’m eventually going to have water damage. when I first purchased the system, I was told it was 100% guarantee for as long as I own my house. I purchased this system from the Atlanta, Georgia District. now, when I call the Athens office to get someone to come out and fix the problem, they tell me I have to pay a service fee of $100. they sent someone out and I told him I could not afford to pay $100.
