attitude of the installer, was incredible. Installed during a rain storm, but did a very good job, and new gutters look and work great.
The salesman was honest and the installer was too. They did what they said. Promises have been delivered. Soon after installation, I could literally hear the water running through the system.
I felt like the price was fair, the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and I never felt pressured! The guy that came and did the installation was very nice, worked quickly and left absolutely no mess!! I have 0 complaints! The gutters work great and look fantastic!
I had LeafFilter Gutter Protection installed, and while the sales rep was excellent—very informative, professional, and helpful—the installation experience was a big letdown. During the consultation, I was told that the system wouldn't be installed by nailing into the home, but unfortunately, the installers did exactly that, going against what was promised. Salesman was very personable. Alex, the one installing the gutters was on time and did a wonderful job! He did not speak much English, but made every effort possible to make sure we could communicate (using a translator app). He was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner.
