Neighbor had her gutters done today and these 3 workers obviously didnt know how to tell the property line as they had all their stuff on my yard.
It's been almost 4 years and multiple service people out here to fix the leaking behind the gutters. They never aligned them for their product like was promised. Now I have damage to the facial and roof. I have contacted the 800 service number many times and still no response from the mishawaka office. I'm having the roof fixed and need resolution NOW. Tired of complaining I just wanted a product that worked properly. I should ask for refund and get this junk off my roof.
I found this product of excellent quality and the people I dealt with very professional.
Came when they said they would - both the inspector and the installer. Easy process. No pushiness. Fair price
I was not at all happy with the installation and contacted support. They had pushed the drip edge up to make space for the filter instead of lowering the gutter as I was told they would do. This, of course affected the roof edge! Another crew came and forced the drip edge down by bending it over the filter mounting edge. All this is totally wrong and my roof is one year old!
