During estimate after he was talking about it but in between that 3 or 4 times he said even though you already know that and laughed a little saying it’s mandatory to say whatever he was talking about. They did a shitty job. Barely pulled on gutter said something wrong with attitude and re-attached it Putting too much silicone in the corners they didn’t know what they were doing. Too much silicone blocking the gutters to make water go through. Then they said oh we know what we’re doing with a big smile
