My overall experience with the sales person was great. He explained in detail the company history. In the end I feel that I got the best price for the time. The installation was done the next day. And I am very satisfied with the job done. The only draw back is that the agreed upon seal on the top of the filter plate was not done. The area that I am concerned about is where the screen mesh and the screen support comes together. The original sales person told me that installer would put a beed of caulking along that edge.
