so far so good but awaiting a heavy rain.
fast efficient installation -has not rained since installation though- after installation there was a decrease in price however I financed it at zero interest for 12 months AND over 1 week later the new lower total is STILL NOT reflected in finance papers- multiple phone calls and texts and NADDA hmmm
the product was easy to pick - very good design and quality. installation was quick. Was given a "gift" coming from another company but couldn't get them to complete the order and a rep from leaf filter worked with me for weeks until it went through. very customer focused
The salesperson advised of all of the things that would be done as part of the installation - cleaning gutters and downpipes, aligning gutters, sealing end caps etc. The installer said he had done all of these tasks, but only after I specifically asked and did not demonstrate any of them. I have no way of checking that the gutters and downpipes were actually cleaned. I also found several screws on one of the patios.
