Edit #2: It is now August 25 and they are still calling me. Time to talk to the news. Edit: It is now July 1 and they still call me everyday, multiple times a day. This is now borderline harassment. I will be sending all the missed calls screenshots and voice mails to their head office and to the news and police. I’ve been trying to cancel my job for weeks. The day I was scheduled for service, leaf filter called and had to reschedule. No problem. The day they were rescheduled to come, no one showed up or called. I then called customer service to cancel my job and was told someone would be reaching out to me. It’s been at least two weeks of me calling and no one has contacted me. I even called the sales rep who helped us. He said he’d call me back and never did. I couldn't even get them to my home for an estimate. I requested an appointment on line twice. Both were no-shows and when I called to follow up, was told there was a "system error", even though I called to confirm the second appointment and was assured someone would be here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time and tried again with the same result. I will be finding someone else.
