I received a call from the Operations Manager Jeff Cook for a sales position. During my phone interview, Jeff highlighting his inappropriate behaviors with previous employees. Jeff referred with crude remarks about the "inabilities" of his hiring department. Gender biases question were asked as well as unnecessary negative remarks about previous employees whom also called Jeff unprofessional. Since Jeff is a representation of this company values and professionalism, I feel it is best to enlighten others.
