My husband and I bought a house in May and installed a Leaf Filter. The recent heavy storm damaged our gutters, so we immediately contacted the Joliet branch of Leaf Filter to have them repaired. Despite of my husband’s explanation over the phone, when the repair man came, he said that he couldn't repair the gutter. He told us to use a professional to fix the gutter. What? Our Leaffilter nightmare continues. Recap? Here goes: Two years ago bought a new house and decided to get Leaffilter. VERY high pressure saleswoman came out and promised a bunch of stuff she KNEW they'd never deliver..... 1) they clean off the moss/algae from your old gutters before they do the install (never happened, that was the first tip off). 2) the no-clog screens are angled so leaves and seeds wash off while the water goes right through (the first install was done exactly the WRONG way, so the leaves and seeds were tr... read more

Fair pricing, solid communication, friendly service, great process and product…and our fence was properly closed so our dogs didn’t get out!
