The salesperson and the installers were very respectful of my time and property. Gutters look great installed. The only change I would’ve made is the height of the downspouts which do not go all the way to the ground but also aren’t high enough for rainwater collection. Strange.
We live in the Columbia Basin and had the whole house installed with their gutters. At the time we were told we had a lifetime warranty and if there was a problem they would fix it for free. Year and half later, workmanship leaks. Spokane Valley store representative said we have to pay (upfront) for someone to come, plus additional labor charges. I Do NOT recommend this company.
Contacted them this morning my leaf filters are plugged with pine needles found out there lifetime warranty does not cover this issue they waunt a fee to come out to clean the gutters thought they were a up front company obviously not .will not recommend them !
Got a call from them at 5pm. That's when they were supposed to be at my house for an estimate. He told me he was going to be late because he was waiting for a credit approval from the bank while he was at another customers house in my area. I said, while I have you on the phone, what do you usually charge for a house in my area. He said it was over $5,000. I told him I paid &1,100 for my whole gutter system. Would not recommend this Company to ANYONE!!!!! Had two very inexperienced young Men come and install, they did not caulk many of The areas that needed it, we did not get new gutters on many places That needed it…. Gutters over doors We’re leaking, had to have Someone come back the very next day to fix things. For the price we paid, I feel like we were robbed! Then we asked About removing for a roof job and the want to charge us another $1,800 , which was supposed to be part of The warranty! This place is a joke
