Professional staff who are knowledgeable about the product. Great advice from one of your installers about having the roofers remove the existing gutter helmet prior to installation of the new leaf filter system. The person who installed our leaf filter was amazing! Such a hardworking man. Left our yard clean and perfectly installed leaf filter. Showed us photos of the system (birds eye view). I’m very pleased.
The product is fine but they sell you on the warranty and service after the install. They have not lived up to the promises. I would say it’s all a lie. They are not dependable, charge for things that the sales person said would be covered, don’t show up, don’t complete the job when they do show up, always have to go back for something - “will be back in a couple of days”, never to be heard from again, leave with your parts never to return. Absolute nightmare if you need anything after the initial install.
My sister Tasha Coen purchased leaf lock guttering all around her house. I sat through the sales pitch and was the one home when it was installed yesterday. The salesman was awesome and explained and showed examples and details right down to signing the contract. The install crew was from Norman, Oklahoma. They were awesome!! They were so nice, respectful, and didn't mind talking with me. Carries lifetime transferable warranty with no middle man. They offer certain discounts such as veterans, 55 or over, ect.
