The tech for the free estimate arrived on time and was polite but refused to actually listen to me or give me the free estimate they promised because "both home owners were not present". We were not informed of this need when we scheduled the appointment, I can't find information about it on the website, and honestly it seems like the company just wants to talk to men and not women. I’ve had the system for a number of years and they’re great. The installation was timely and knowing I had a dog, the guys took great care to police the yard for nails and trash.
Went to location of LeafFilter system Ridgeland, Ms. facility locked up tight yesterday Friday October 20, 2023. Knocked @ 2 doors no answer. Went to business next to them Bumper to Bumper auto business repair and talked w/ owner. She said normally LeafFilter parking lot is full Mon thru Fri. but no activity that day. Only one orange car parked across from blding that belongs to them.
